WHAT WE LOVE:
Our walkable community Destin Pointe is located on Holiday Isle, which provides the absolutely breathtaking sunsets and full access to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. We also have the best view of weekly Fireworks! Beat the traffic and opt for a water taxi to take you to all your favorite spots! Or hop in the car for a short drive to convenient shopping and the best restaurants in town.
There is also a private shuttle that will pick you right up at the house and take you to and from the beach.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.) Tram number is in check-in instructions

Please Note: Our pool is located in the backyard underneath beautiful palm trees so sometimes debris can fall into the pool in between cleans. We do have our pool cleaned twice a week during peak season on Monday and Friday, but please keep in mind you are in a hot and tropical environment and sometimes there are some bugs. If you request a heated pool we will send instructions once you arrive along with fee.

- PRIVATE POOL: Absolutely no glass in the pool area. Absolutely no unattended children

- PARKING: 4 cars max. Parking passes will be handed out upon arrival at the security gate in the entrance of the community.
We provide all linens for the unit including beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Basic spices are included and stocked in the kitchen.
Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home with exception to the garage and 2 small closets in primary suite as that is the owners storage and cleaning supplies.

Additional notes- Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet Hours: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (11pm-6am) are strictly enforced. The City of Destin requires QUIET TIME to be 10PM - 6AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- Occupancy Limits: Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 16 INDIVIDUALS, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave.
- Parties/ Events: Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
- Parking: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street. There is a fine for street parking.
- Age Limit: We welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25 see below). If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If everyone is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.
- Pool & Spa:
- The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED in each. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
- Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
- No running.
- The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during the high season (March - September) and once a week on Mondays the rest of the year
REFUND POLICY:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
*Please note to access the downstairs you must walk outside and down the side stairs to the side entrance.
All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay

Getting aroundThere are 4 parking spaces available and we ask that you do not park on the streets to respect our neighbors. If you need additional room for parking the community does have an overflow lot
